For airport pickups we monitor your inbound flight and adjust your driver's arrival automatically, and we include 60 minutes of free wait after you land — no extra cost, delays tracked automatically. For non-airport pickups, our drivers wait up to 10 minutes free of charge. Anything beyond that is charged at a small per-minute rate, always communicated upfront.
Can I pay by card or do you only take cash?
Both. You can pay online when booking (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay), pay the driver by card on arrival, or pay cash if you prefer. Receipts are emailed automatically — useful for business expenses.
