About viaUNO Cars

Our story

We founded viaUNO with a simple dream: that getting to a flight or a cruise from Southampton should feel like the start of the trip, not the most stressful part of it. A fixed price agreed before you travel, a driver who is already tracking your flight or ship, and one local company answering the phone from booking to drop-off. Amartrade Ltd was incorporated in 2024 to build exactly that, and viaUNO Cars is the name we trade under.

viaUNO Cars is a Southampton-based private hire and taxi operator. Every booking is handled by us from quote to drop-off and driven by a licensed, DBS-checked private-hire driver — exactly like Radio Taxis or any other established local private hire firm. Your booking is arranged and dispatched directly by viaUNO Cars.

We operate 24/7 across Southampton and the wider South East — covering Eastleigh, Chandler's Ford, Fair Oak, Bishops Waltham, Warsash, Hamble, the New Forest, Winchester, Romsey, Salisbury, Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, Lymington and nearby villages. Whether you need a local taxi across town, a pre-booked airport transfer, a cruise port pickup or a touristic attraction drop-off, viaUNO Cars handles the journey from start to finish.

viaUNO Cars is a Southampton City Council licensed private hire operator. Every journey is fully regulated, insured and compliant under UK private hire and taxi law — booked, dispatched and driven by us.
