How meet & greet works
The service
Your driver tracks your inbound flight by flight number. They park in the airport short-stay car park (included in the fare), then walk to the arrivals hall and hold a name board (printed with your last name) at the exit barrier. No kerb-side chasing, no calling for the driver — they are visible the moment you exit customs.
Wait time and delays
60 minutes free wait from your published landing time covers immigration, baggage and customs. Flight delays (early or late) are tracked automatically — no charge for inbound delays however long. Late departures from the airport (15+ minutes after we meet you) start a small waiting-time meter; pre-notify if you need extra time at the airport.
Which airports we cover
London Heathrow (T2/T3/T4/T5), Gatwick (North + South), Luton, Stansted, London City (LCY), Bournemouth (BOH), Southampton (SOU). Meet & greet at airports outside this list (Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham) is also possible — confirm at booking.
Meet & greet vs standard kerbside pickup
Many transfer firms wait in the car park or drop-off zone, leaving you to find the vehicle yourself — often dragging luggage across a car park, hunting for a number plate. With viaUNO the driver comes inside the arrivals hall, holds a name board, helps with bags and walks you to the car. No searching, no kerbside chasing, and no separate fee for the service.
Groups & families
Meet & greet works for groups of any size. Select an MPV (up to 8) when booking and one driver with one name board covers the whole party. For larger groups we coordinate multiple vehicles and drivers, each with their own name board, to meet everyone at once.
