How much free waiting time is included?
For airport pickups we monitor your inbound flight and adjust your driver's arrival automatically — no extra cost. For non-airport pickups, our drivers wait up to 10 minutes free of charge. Anything beyond that is charged at a small per-minute rate, always communicated upfront.
Can I pay by card or do you only take cash?
Both. You can pay online when booking (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay), pay the driver by card on arrival, or pay cash if you prefer. Receipts are emailed automatically — useful for business expenses.
What vehicles do you offer?
Saloon and Estate cars (up to 4 passengers), 8-seater MPV/people carriers (up to 8 passengers, ideal for groups and luggage-heavy cruise transfers), and Executive cars (premium chauffeur travel for business). All vehicles are fully insured, regularly maintained and meet UK private hire safety standards.
