Cruise transfers use the cruise tier (metered + £10 service fee) or the special Cruise Parkway tariff. All other jobs use the General formula (£5.80 base + £2.16/mi + £0.30/min) × vehicle multiplier, with minimum-fare and surcharge rules.

Pickup outside central Southampton (SO14–SO18) attracts a small uplift: Greater Southampton +£1.50, Outer Southampton +£3, Far Winchester edge +£5, Portsmouth area +£6, Basingstoke +£10, Salisbury +£12, Bournemouth +£15. Is there ever an extra charge after booking?+

Only if you change the booking after confirmation (extra stops, route change, longer wait time). The original quote stays fixed for the original itinerary. We confirm any change cost before we make it.

What about night and weekend surcharges?+

Metered (general / cruise) fares apply small surcharges for night (23:00–06:00, +£3 to +£6 per vehicle) and weekend (Saturday/Sunday, +£2). Fixed airport prices include night and weekend operation at no surcharge.

How do I get a fixed fare quote?+

Use the online booking tool on /book or any service page — enter pickup and drop-off, pick a vehicle, see the fixed quote. The number stays fixed once you confirm.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?+

No cancellation fee if cancelled 4+ hours before scheduled pickup. Inside 4 hours we may charge 50% of the fare; inside 1 hour 100%. Cancellations due to flight cancellation are always free.
