Ramp access & secure restraints
Our wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) has a ramp so passengers can board and travel seated in their own wheelchair, with proper wheelchair restraints and an occupant seatbelt fitted to recognised standards. A companion travels alongside, and the driver assists with boarding and securing at no extra charge.
Where we take you
Accessible airport transfers (Heathrow, Gatwick, Southampton) with assistance to the terminal, cruise terminal transfers for accessible embarkation, hospital and medical appointments (Southampton General, Spire), and everyday local journeys across the city. Pre-booked so the right vehicle is allocated to your trip.
Booking an accessible vehicle
As we run a limited number of WAVs, please book ahead and tell us it is a wheelchair-accessible journey — whether the passenger transfers to a seat or travels in their wheelchair, and the wheelchair type (manual or powered) so we confirm the right vehicle. Call or WhatsApp us and we will arrange it.
Trained, patient drivers
Our drivers are licensed, DBS-checked and used to assisting passengers with reduced mobility — no rush, no fuss. We also carry passengers who are ambulant but need extra time or support, and we are happy to help with luggage and mobility aids.
