How cruise pricing works
Three pricing tiers
Tier 1 — Southampton Airport & Airport Parkway fixed tariff: a set price both ways between Southampton Airport (SOU) or Airport Parkway station and any of the five cruise terminals — £47 Premium, £65 MPV, £50 Executive midweek; £50 Premium, £65 MPV, £54 Executive on nights and weekends. Tier 2 — General cruise: a city or hotel pickup to your terminal uses our metered formula plus the £10 cruise service fee, from £33.50 Premium. Tier 3 — Airport fixed price: Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City, Bournemouth and Bristol each have a fixed all-in fare to the cruise terminals, listed in the table above.
All five Southampton cruise terminals
Southampton has five cruise terminals and the price is the same to any of them. Ocean Cruise Terminal (Berth 46/47, SO14 3QN) and QEII Cruise Terminal (SO14 3GG) sit in the Eastern Docks; City Cruise Terminal (SO15 1HJ), Mayflower Cruise Terminal (SO15 1HQ) and Horizon Cruise Terminal (SO15 1AW) are in the Western Docks. Your e-ticket names the terminal — tell us which one when you book and your driver goes straight to the correct forecourt, since the docks have separate security gates and a wrong gate costs you time on embarkation morning.
What is included
Meet-and-greet at terminal exit on disembarkation, ship arrival tracking (free waiting if your ship is late), luggage handling from kerb to porter, fixed price confirmed before booking. No charge for ship-side delays.
Cruise turnaround peak periods
Saturday is the busiest cruise turnaround day in Southampton; Friday and Sunday peak in summer. Pre-book at least 48 hours ahead for Saturday cruise embarkation in peak season (June–September). For disembarkation we can hold a slot from your booking confirmation regardless of turnaround volume.
