Three pricing tiers

Tier 1 — Cruise Parkway fixed tariff: Southampton Airport / Airport Parkway ↔ any Southampton cruise terminal at £37 saloon, £40 estate, £60 MPV, £50 executive (normal); £40/£43/£64/£54 (peak — nights and weekends). Tier 2 — General cruise: city pickup → terminal uses our metered formula + £10 cruise service fee. Tier 3 — Airport fixed price: cruise → Heathrow saloon at £170 and cruise → Gatwick saloon at £180.

What is included

Meet-and-greet at terminal exit on disembarkation, ship arrival tracking (free waiting if your ship is late), luggage handling from kerb to porter, fixed price confirmed before booking. No charge for ship-side delays.

Cruise turnaround peak periods

Saturday is the busiest cruise turnaround day in Southampton; Friday and Sunday peak in summer. Pre-book at least 48 hours ahead for Saturday cruise embarkation in peak season (June–September). For disembarkation we can hold a slot from your booking confirmation regardless of turnaround volume.

No — we track every ship's arrival time. If your ship is late, we adjust pickup automatically at no charge. You disembark when ready and we are there with a name board.
