Heathrow → Cruise — how it works
The route
A private Heathrow to Southampton transfer is the simplest way to start a cruise. To transfer Heathrow to Southampton cruise terminal, the drive from London Heathrow (LHR) to Southampton cruise terminals is around 75 miles via the M25 / M3 — typically 1h 15m to 1h 45m. We monitor your inbound flight and time arrival at the cruise terminal to your check-in window (usually 11:00–14:00).
Which terminals we cover
All five Southampton cruise terminals, at the same fixed price: Ocean (SO14 3QN), City (SO15 1HJ), Mayflower (SO15 1HQ), QEII (SO14 3GG) and Horizon (SO15 1AW). Ocean and QEII are in the Eastern Docks; City, Mayflower and Horizon in the Western Docks, and the two have separate security gates — so the terminal on your e-ticket decides which gate we use. Cunard, P&O and Princess sail mainly from Ocean; Princess and Royal Caribbean from City; MSC, Celebrity and Norwegian from Mayflower and Horizon. Tell us your terminal at booking; we confirm on the day.
What is included
Heathrow meet-and-greet at any terminal (T2/T3/T4/T5), 60 minutes free wait time on arrival, name-board hold at the terminal arrivals hall, drop-off at the cruise terminal forecourt, luggage handling to porters. Flight tracking means if your inbound is late we wait without charge.
