Our Heathrow Premium is £170 fixed, all-in (including the £7 drop-off fee). MPV (£250) and Executive (£200) are the standard Heathrow fixed prices, and each is the price of the whole vehicle rather than per passenger.

As much as you reasonably can — and more than the drive alone suggests. The drive is 1h 15m to 1h 45m, but the parts you cannot control sit before it: immigration and baggage reclaim at Heathrow, then the M25 and M3. As a working guide we would not want less than three hours between landing and your check-in window opening on a domestic or European arrival, or four on a long-haul one where immigration takes longer. Cruise lines also close check-in ahead of sailing, and that deadline varies by line and ship. We cannot guarantee a cruise connection on a same-day flight, so send us your flight number, terminal and sailing time when you book and we will tell you honestly whether the timings work — if they are tight, flying in the day before removes the risk entirely.

Yes — our drivers load and unload all cruise luggage. A Premium takes up to 4 passengers with up to 3 cases; the 8-seater MPV takes up to 8 passengers with up to 8 cases, which is what most cruise parties need. Give us your case count at booking so the right vehicle is sent.

Yes — from a London hotel, or from a Heathrow-area hotel on Bath Road (TW6) if you are staying by the airport the night before. Worth knowing that the two are not the same operationally: an airport pickup is tied to your flight number, so we track the inbound and the free wait time covers immigration and baggage, whereas a hotel pickup is tied to a clock time you choose and there is no flight to track.
