🚢 Multi-journey cruise transport

Airport, Hotel, Cruise, London — One Booking

Most cruise passengers need more than one journey. A flight to meet, a hotel the night before, the terminal on sailing morning, and somewhere to be afterwards. Tell us the whole itinerary once and we arrange every leg, with a price for each and one operator responsible for the lot.

Transport only — accommodation is not included. Each journey is charged at its normal fare; booking them together is coordination, not a discount.

What booking it together actually gives you

On a cruise itinerary the legs depend on each other. A delayed flight moves the hotel pickup; a late berthing moves the run to London. Booking the legs separately, from different companies, means nobody is watching that chain.

  • • Flight tracking on the airport legs, ship monitoring on the terminal legs
  • • One vehicle sized for your luggage across every journey, not a different car each time
  • • Every leg confirmed in advance, with the times worked backwards from your sailing
  • • One number to call if something moves — and we will tell you honestly if a plan is too tight

Common itineraries

Before the cruise

Airport → Southampton hotel → cruise terminal. The safest shape if you are flying in, because the overnight absorbs a delayed flight. The individual legs are covered on Heathrow to the cruise terminal and hotel to terminal.

After the cruise

Cruise terminal → London hotel, or straight to the airport. Worth planning carefully if you are flying the same day — see cruise to airport transfers for the timing.

The complete itinerary

Airport → hotel → terminal → London or the airport home. Four legs across a fortnight, arranged in one go, with the return leg already held before you sail.

Something else entirely

Two legs, or five. A sightseeing stop on the way. Two vehicles for a larger party. Put it in the enquiry and we will price what you actually need.

What three legs look like

A party of five with cruise luggage, in one 8-seater MPV, flying into Heathrow and leaving from London afterwards:

JourneyPriced asMPV (8-seater)
Heathrow → Southampton hotelFixed Heathrow fare£250
Southampton hotel → cruise terminalCruise tier, quoted on the route£40.50
Cruise terminal → London hotelCruise tier, quoted on the route£304

An illustration, not a quote. The Heathrow leg is a genuinely fixed fare; the two cruise legs are calculated from the actual route, so your figures depend on your hotel and your London address. Every price is for the whole vehicle rather than per passenger. Send us the itinerary and we will price yours exactly. Full fare tables live on cruise transfer prices and airport transfer prices.

Which vehicle, across every leg

On a cruise itinerary the luggage decides the vehicle more often than the headcount does — cruise cases are bigger than airport cases, and they travel with you on every leg.

  • Premiumup to 4 passengers, 3 suitcases and 2 hand luggage. A couple, or a family travelling light.
  • MPV (8-seater)5–8 passengers, 6–8 suitcases and 3–4 hand luggage. What most cruise parties need — the luggage usually decides it, not the headcount.
  • Executiveup to 4 passengers, 2 suitcases and 1 hand luggage. Business travel rather than a fortnight of cases.

Whichever level you pick applies across the whole itinerary, so the same class of vehicle meets you at every leg. More on the group vehicle itself is on the 8-seater and minibus page.

Which journeys do you need? *

Tick as many as you need — two, three or four. Each is quoted at its own normal fare.

Applied to every journey below. You can change any single journey afterwards — some parties want the executive vehicle for the airport runs and the standard one for the short hop to the ship.

We reply by email with a price for each journey. Nothing is booked until you confirm.

Frequently asked questions

Can I book my airport, hotel and cruise transfers together?
Yes. Tell us the journeys you need in one enquiry and we arrange them as one itinerary, with a price for each. Two legs, three or four — it is the same process.
Is a cruise transport package discounted?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Every journey is charged at the fare that applies to it — the fixed airport rate, or the cruise rate calculated on the route. What booking them together buys you is coordination: one operator holding every slot, one person to call if a flight or a ship runs late, and no gaps between legs. It is not a discount.
Does this include the hotel?
No. We provide the transport only. You book your own hotel wherever you prefer — we simply collect you from it and deliver you to it. That is a real difference from some cruise "packages" sold online, which bundle the room into the price.
Can you collect us from Heathrow and take us to a Southampton hotel?
Yes, and that is one of the most useful legs to book ahead. We track the inbound flight, so a delayed landing moves the pickup instead of costing you the transfer, and 60 minutes of free waiting covers immigration and baggage.
Can you collect us after the cruise and take us to a London hotel?
Yes. We work to the vacate slot your cruise line gives you rather than a guess, and we monitor the ship in, so a late berthing moves the pickup. From the terminal to central London is about 80 miles.
What vehicle do we need for 5–8 passengers with cruise luggage?
A group vehicle — MPV (8-seater) (5–8 passengers, 6–8 suitcases and 3–4 hand luggage). Cruise cases are bigger than airport cases, so on a cruise itinerary the luggage decides the vehicle more often than the headcount does. Whichever level you choose applies across every leg.
Are flight and cruise arrival times monitored?
Yes, on the legs where it applies. Airport pickups are tied to your flight number and tracked; cruise terminal pickups are worked around the ship, which we monitor. On a multi-leg itinerary that matters more than usual, because a delay early on moves everything after it.
Can we add a sightseeing stop between legs?
Often, yes — Windsor on the way to Heathrow, or Stonehenge on a port day. Tell us in the enquiry and we will say whether it fits your timings. Journeys with a stop are quoted on the full route rather than the direct fare.
