What time should I book my pickup for embarkation day?
Most cruise lines ask passengers to arrive at the terminal between 12:00 and 14:00, though some request earlier. We recommend confirming your check-in time with your cruise line and we will advise the ideal pickup time from your home.
Do you charge extra for early morning or late-night pickups?
Night journeys (22:00–06:00) carry a small surcharge, which is always included in your quoted price before you book. No surprise charges on the day.
