Accessible vehicles and journeys
Please let us know when you book if you require any of the following, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs:
- A vehicle with easier step-in height (e.g. our MPV/8-seater).
- Extra time for boarding or unloading.
- Space to carry a folding wheelchair, mobility aid or oxygen equipment.
- Travelling with an assistance dog — always welcome, with no extra charge.
- A quiet journey or a driver who will not use the radio.
