Horizon Cruise Terminal — what to know
The terminal
Horizon Cruise Terminal opened in 2021 at Berth 102 in Southampton's Western Docks (West Bay Road, SO15 1AW), reached via Dock Gate 10. It is the port's newest and greenest terminal — built with shore power and rooftop solar — and was developed with MSC Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line, the two lines that use it most. Note: Horizon is a separate terminal from the older QEII Terminal in the Eastern Docks (SO14 3GG) — always check your e-ticket for the exact terminal.
How we work the route
We confirm your exact terminal from your sailing details and head straight to Dock Gate 10 in the Western Docks. Embarkation drop-off is at the terminal forecourt; porters take luggage from the kerb. On disembarkation we track your ship's arrival and meet you at the terminal exit hall with a name board — free waiting time if the ship docks late.
Pickups across Southampton & beyond
