Brockenhurst ↔ airports — the route
The drive
Brockenhurst to central Southampton is around 15 miles via the A337/M27 — typically 28 to 40 minutes. Heathrow is 1h 40m via the M27/M3; Gatwick about 1h 55m.
Coverage
SO42 Brockenhurst plus Beaulieu, Boldre, East Boldre and the central New Forest hamlets. Hotel pickups (Balmer Lawn, Careys Manor, The Pig, Master Builders House) are routine.
Postcodes and zone pricing
SO42 is Zone C at £3 uplift. Fixed-price airport transfers from Brockenhurst are the same flat price as central Southampton — the zone uplift applies to metered local jobs only.
Local knowledge — the railway village
Brockenhurst has the only mainline station deep inside the New Forest, with direct South Western Railway services to London Waterloo, Bournemouth and Weymouth — so many of our jobs here are rail-to-airport handoffs for visitors who take the train down and need onward transport. Free-roaming ponies, donkeys and cattle wander the village and the unfenced lanes, so we allow a little extra time on the Beaulieu and Rhinefield roads after dark.
