Which airlines use Terminal 2?
Terminal 2, the Queen's Terminal, is the Heathrow home of the Star Alliance carriers — United, Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian, Air Canada, Singapore Airlines, ANA, Turkish Airlines, EVA Air and Air China among others, plus Aer Lingus and Icelandair. Check your boarding pass and tell us your flight number at booking.
The journey from Southampton
Southampton to Heathrow Terminal 2 is around 75 miles via the M3, typically 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes. T2 is in the central terminal area, reached via the M4 spur / M25 Junction 15. We drop you at the T2 departures forecourt.
Departures & arrivals at T2
For departures we time the pickup to reach the T2 forecourt with comfortable margin (2–3 hours short-haul, 3+ long-haul). For arrivals, your driver tracks your inbound flight and meets you in the T2 arrivals hall with a name board — 60 minutes free wait included.
