The drive is then 1h 30m to 2h 15m depending on the M3 and M25; we monitor traffic on the day and move the pickup with it, but we do not control it. At the other end, bag-drop and check-in close well before departure, and the cut-off varies by airline, by terminal, and by whether you are flying short-haul or long-haul — your airline's stated cut-off is the number that matters, not the departure time on the ticket. A departure from mid-afternoon onwards leaves the most margin; anything earlier depends entirely on the vacate slot you are given, which you usually will not know until close to the day. So rather than have you guess, send us your ship, your disembarkation date and the flight you are considering, and we will tell you whether the combination is realistic before you commit to it. If it looks tight, we will say so rather than take the booking.
